- Weapons: firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapon accessories;
- Counterfeit Goods: replica items, knock-offs, or products that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others;
- Hazardous Materials: toxic, flammable, or radioactive materials;
- Adult Content: pornography or sexually explicit materials;

4. ABUSE OF THE SERVICE & SYSTEM INTEGRITY

- Feedback Manipulation: attempting to artificially inflate your seller ratings or feedback scores;
- Bypassing Bans: using the software to create "stealth" accounts specifically to circumvent previous suspensions by Amazon or eBay;
- Listing Spam: creating thousands of duplicate listings (flooding) to manipulate search results.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY VIOLATIONS
- Respect for Rights: you must not use the Service to list products that violate the copyright, trademark, or patent rights of third parties (e.g., VeRO violations on eBay).
- Content Ownership: you represent that you have the necessary rights or licences to sell the products you manage through Sellereb.
7. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT
SELLEREB LTD reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of this Policy or misuse of the Service.
- Suspension: we may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we suspect you have violated this Policy;
- Reporting: we may report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties;
- Cooperation: we will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in the investigation of alleged illegal conduct.
