We collect information in two main categories: data about you (the User) and data about your customers (End Buyers) necessary for dropshipping automation.
3.1. User's Personal Data
- Identity Data: username, first and last name where provided.
- Contact Data: e-mail address.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, time zone setting, operating system, and unique device identifiers used to access the Service.
- Integration Data: eBay store details and authorisation tokens (stored encrypted), Amazon account e-mail and order automation settings.
- Transaction Data: details about payments made to and from you. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or any payment credentials. All payment information is entered directly into and processed exclusively by Stripe. Sellereb only receives confirmation of subscription status from Stripe.
3.2. End Buyer Data (Dropshipping Operations)
To perform the core function of our Service (automating orders between marketplaces), we process data related to your customers ("End Buyers"):
- Data Types: name, shipping address, phone number, and order details of individuals who purchase products from your eBay stores.
- Source: this data is obtained from the marketplaces where you operate, through our integrations and browser extension.
- Roles: for End Buyer Data, you are the Data Controller and Sellereb is the Data Processor. We process this data on your behalf solely to perform automation tasks.
4. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- Service Provision: to operate the Sellereb web application and extension (e.g., monitoring stock/prices, processing orders, auto-filling addresses).
- Account Management: to manage your subscription and verify your access.
- Customer Support: to resolve technical issues you encounter.
- Legal Compliance: to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
5. HOW WE STORE AND RETAIN DATA
5.1. Hybrid Storage. We use a hybrid data storage model. Some data may be stored locally on your device (Local Storage/cookies of the browser extension), while operational data is stored on our secure cloud servers.
5.2. Data Retention Policy. We retain your personal data and your store's historical data only for as long as your account is active.
- Upon Cancellation: if you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for a 90-day grace period for potential reactivation.
- Permanent Deletion: after 90 days of inactivity following cancellation, all User Data and End Buyer Data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our servers, except where retention is required by law (e.g., invoicing records).
6. SHARING OF YOUR DATA
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share data with the following trusted third-party service providers for operational purposes only:
