1. AGREEMENT
These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") form a legally binding agreement between SELLEREB LTD ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 17398221), and the person participating in the Sellereb Affiliate Program ("Affiliate", "you"). By ticking the acceptance box on your Affiliate page, sharing your referral link, or accepting any commission, you agree to these Affiliate Terms in addition to our Terms of Service. The date and IP address of your acceptance are recorded.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ENROLLMENT
- Every registered Sellereb user receives a personal referral link. There is no application, no entry fee and no minimum audience requirement.
- To accrue commission you must hold an active paid Sellereb subscription at the time the commission would accrue. Referrals made while you are not eligible remain linked to your account, but no commission accrues for the months in which you are ineligible.
- One affiliate relationship per person. Creating or operating multiple accounts in order to benefit from the program is prohibited.
3. QUALIFIED REFERRALS
- A qualified referral is a new customer who registers through your referral link and pays for a Sellereb subscription plan.
- Commission never accrues for free trials, free plans, or payments that fail, are refunded or are charged back.
- The referred account must belong to a genuinely distinct person. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited — including registering your own second account, accounts you control, or arrangements whose real purpose is to discount your own subscription. Such referrals and any commission from them are void.
4. COMMISSION
- The current commission rate is 5% of the plan list price (exclusive of any taxes, fees or surcharges the referred customer may pay), for each month the referred customer keeps an active paid subscription.
- Commission is credited to a separate affiliate balance in your account, normally on a monthly cycle.
- The Company may change the commission rate or program mechanics prospectively at any time; amounts already accrued are not affected.
5. PAYOUTS
- From $10 you may transfer your affiliate balance to your Sellereb account balance.
- From $50 you may request a withdrawal to your Payoneer account. Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually and paid in USD.
- The Company may require reasonable verification of identity or activity before paying out.
- Affiliate balances carry no cash value except as expressly stated in these terms.
6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You must not:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages (email, DM, SMS or otherwise) containing your link;
- make misleading or deceptive claims about Sellereb, or promise guaranteed income/results;
- bid on "Sellereb" or confusingly similar terms in paid search advertising, or register domains, pages or social handles that impersonate Sellereb;
- use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, typosquatting or comparable techniques;
- refer yourself, use fake or stolen identities, or engage in any form of payment fraud;
- violate any applicable law, the Sellereb Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. FRAUD, WITHHOLDING AND CLAWBACK
- The Company actively monitors the program and records signup and acceptance IP addresses for fraud prevention.
- Commission arising from fraudulent, refunded, charged-back or otherwise reversed subscriptions may be withheld, voided or deducted (clawed back) from your affiliate balance.
- A material breach of these terms may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commission, in addition to any other remedy available to the Company.
8. RELATIONSHIP AND TAXES
- You participate as an independent party. Nothing in this program creates an employment, agency, joint-venture or partnership relationship, and you have no authority to act on the Company's behalf.
- You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties or reporting obligations arising from amounts you receive under this program.
9. PRIVACY
- The person whose link you used can see your username, join date and subscription status on their Affiliate page.
- The Company processes IP addresses and acceptance records for security and fraud prevention, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. TERM AND TERMINATION
- Either party may end participation at any time. Valid commission accrued up to termination is paid out under Section 5; termination for fraud or material breach results in forfeiture.
11. CHANGES
- The Company may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time. Continued participation after an update is posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in-app.
